So due to my GERD/acid reflux/ulcer/my stomach is trying to kill I'm changing my diet in hopes that I won't feel like throwing up stomach acid all day long. This new diet requires me to avoid acidic foods/drinks, eating before bed, and high fatty food.
Lucky for me, you can find a lot of things at the grocery store that are "reduced fat." I can still have my bagel and cream cheese and I even found Reduced Fat Chips Ahoy. Well, I figured out why people who eat a low fat diet lose weight.
Low fat or reduced fat is disgusting. It completely kills the desire to eat food at all. Fantastic. I'm at the most stressful time during the semester and I can't eat any of my comfort foods. Boooooo.
